Important Outage Notice
In preparation for the launch of our new business filing portal,
Arizona Business Connect, our current filing portal
(eCorp) has been turned off.

Customers WILL NOT be able to file documents or search
businesses online beginning Friday, January 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MST.

Customers WILL be able to file by paper either in-person at our
office in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, OR by mailing or faxing paper filings.
All paper documents received after January 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
will receive an effective date of the date they are received. The documents will
not be entered into the new online filing portal until January 12, 2026,
or shortly thereafter.

Only checks or MOD account payments will be accepted 1/5/26 - 1/9/26.
Arizona Business Connect will go live on
Monday, January 12, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
The Commission will provide frequent updates leading up to the January launch to keep customers informed.
